Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Orders up to 0.99g: £1.99

Orders from 99g and above (no upper limit): £4.49
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, and you will receive confirmation once your order has been sent.
Cancellation of Orders (Distance Selling)
In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase, without providing a reason.
To cancel your order, you must notify us by email at contact@zenithcoins.com within 14 days of receipt. Once you have informed us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must:

Be in the same condition as received

Be unused and in their original packaging

We will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to return your item.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@zenithcoins.com so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.
To cancel a pre-order, please email contact@zenithcoins.com with your name and order number, confirming that you wish to cancel. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
